Rural Development Employment & Services Society (RDESS) is a well known Indian NGO (Non Government Organization) [registered in 1996 under Societies Registration Act, 21, 1860]  Engaged in providing Rural Development Services in India. We are the only NGO in India /Non Profit Organizations in India who support all level of projects be it small, grass roots Rural Development projects under various categories like  Rural Development Services, Employment Services in India, HIV /AIDS , Plantation Programme, Child Rights, Women Right, Health Welfare,  Environment Protection, Adult Education, Vocational Training to Women, Rural Education, Animals welfare, NGO for Handicraft promotion, Vocational Training to Women for Income Generation in India. We have also dedicately worked for Rural Women's education services, Health Care, Plantation Programme, Environment and Disaster Management across India. These projects emphasize self-reliance, accountability of project coordinators, and a strong sense of ownership for the beneficiaries All these projects done by us make us a popular NPO (Non-Profit making Organization) in Latehar, Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.

The projects adopted by Rural Development  Employment & Services Society (RDESS) are initiated and carried out by the well qualified members themselves ensuring that they are responsive to local conditions and needs. Careful prior monitoring and ongoing dialogue with the project has been the mainstay of RDESS project support. We also support activists who are striving to change attitudes and fight prejudices in society.
